Refund policy
The Return Process:
Our products can be returned within 10 days of delivery. For clothing, if the tag has been removed, the item can be returned if it has no stains or damage. After 10 days of delivery, an item can be returned for store credit if it has no signs of wear or damage up until 2 months of delivery.
Due to the handmade nature of clay (each piece is individually cut), please allow for slight variations to your piece from the photos. However, we gladly accept returns and exchanges -- no questions asked.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue ASAP!

If you'd like to make an exchange, please email us at support@shopstephandco.com and we'll discuss next steps with you.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received your product and will issue a refund within up to 3 business days!
