Due to the handmade nature of clay (each piece is individually cut), please allow for slight variations to your piece from our product photos. However, we gladly accept returns and exchanges -- no questions asked.*
Simply contact us within 10 days of delivery at the email address below and ship items back within 21 days of delivery. If you'd like a refund rather than store credit, please allow up to 1 week for the refund to be issued.
*For our rare sales (Fall & Spring Annual Sales), we will gladly take returns for only quality issues.

All of our jewelry is handmade and is created in batches. Our earrings are made of clay and super light-weight on the ears. Clay is very durable but should not be bent or it could snap. Do not wear in water.
If anything gets on the earrings, clean with a damp cloth and small amount of acetone.
Store in a clean, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
